Marketing Specialist, Advertising Agency

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will work on both long-term and initiative-based strategies to achieve immediate business and marketing objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to build, execute, manage, and optimize all digital and marketing automation solutions/programs/campaigns. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (Agency or Senior Living experience is preferred) • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, Marketing Automation, SEO, and Social Media • Experience with pulling data and insights out of data management platforms • Adaptable to ever-changing marketplace trends and able to bring innovative marketing insights to the team • Expert in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills • Ability to independently manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Creative problem-solver who takes initiative and makes sound, timely decisions • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Occasional overnight travel
