Marketing Specialist, Advertising Agency

The Marketing Specialist will work on both long-term and initiative-based strategies to achieve immediate business and marketing objectives. Lead all marketing initiatives for clients. Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to build, execute, manage, and optimize all digital and marketing automation solutions/programs/campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (Agency or Senior Living experience is preferred) Strong understanding of CRM platforms, Marketing Automation, SEO, and Social Media Experience with pulling data and insights out of data management platforms Adaptable to ever-changing marketplace trends and able to bring innovative marketing insights to the team Expert in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills Ability to independently manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Creative problem-solver who takes initiative and makes sound, timely decisions Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Occasional overnight travel
