Marketing Specialist - Contract

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing support in the overall execution of marketing strategy and supporting marketing team members in the development of brand narrative, email marketing campaigns, and content management. An understanding of data analytics is required to measure, report, and advise on the success of our work and overall strategic direction. Here’s what to expect from the day-to-day within this role: • Manage client accounts and communications, taking ownership of executing daily marketing responsibilities • Work collaboratively across core areas of the business, including marketing, creative, and operations teams • Supervise and develop talent within the marketing team • Lead team meetings, workshops, or other activities, lead by example, and demonstrate company values • Lead client growth by providing input, oversight, or creation of brand or marketing strategy • Review, assess, and apply key insights from data and analytics to aid in client account development • Account management and execution of digital tactics on websites, email marketing, social media • Meet with company leadership to report, inform, and improve strategic decision making
