This role will oversee paid advertising, manage community websites, and coordinate with vendors to support marketing initiatives for our multifamily housing communities, including new construction lease-ups.Location:This position is based remotely and will cover the Florida/TN/GA region.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising to drive traffic and engagementOversee apartment and community management websites, ensuring accuracy and SEO best practicesSupport new construction lease-up marketing effortsCoordinate third-party vendor services, including:3D floor plans and sitemapsProfessional apartment photographyManage and grow social media channels for multiple propertiesCreate, edit, and distribute marketing materials for both print and digital useAssist with the design and delivery of newsletters and promotional flyersSkills & Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of marketing and sales principles and techniquesExperience with web-based marketing and digital communication strategiesExcellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalismAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentEducation & Experience:High school diploma or GED requiredDegree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferredProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other design tools is a plusMust be able to complete all required training within thirty (30) days of hire date.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the team member incumbent in this position.
