Marketing Specialist - Digital

Job Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing strategic, performance-driven digital marketing initiatives across the organization’s online platforms. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and provides excellent customer service to team members and customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission. Job Duties And Responsibilities • Manage and schedule organic content across platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) • Repurpose long-form video assets into short-form content for social storytelling • Coordinate with the Marketing Content Coordinator for visual and video production support • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, retargeting, and awareness • Manage ad budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and audience segmentation • Build and maintain digital funnels including landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths • Provide regular performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations • Maintain and update website marketing content and resources • Collaborate with IT and web development teams to enhance user experience and conversion performance • Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword strategy, blog optimization, and on-page audits • Align digital efforts with the Recruiting team to target priority audiences • Support the Product Marketing & Retention Specialist on user journeys, upsell paths, and product communications • Coordinate with, align, and support international social teams and recruiter influencers to expand digital reach • Ensure brand alignment across all external-facing channels • Monitor and report on KPIs related to campaign performance, social engagement, and digital funnel success • Stay current on digital marketing tools, platform updates, and emerging trends • Recommend testing opportunities and platform improvements to optimize performance • Provide marketing and operations support during company-wide events, conferences, and seasonal campaigns • Participate in team-wide “all hands” projects during peak periods or high-priority initiatives • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, Events, Customer Experience) to align on goals and messaging • Assist with internal marketing requests or shared projects outside of core responsibilities, as needed • Uphold a positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment
