Assist in developing and implementing targeted email marketing campaigns in coordination with team members, including the Journals Manager, using segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to increase engagement and revenue. Maintain and update metadata for book titles across UH Press' internal systems and external platforms; resolve discrepancies such as errors or missing data on the UH Press website, Amazon, and other online platforms. Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field, and three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in marketing, digital communications, or copywriting; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles, with the ability to effectively apply industry terminology and concepts. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
