Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 0 to 2 days/week in Statesville, NC as needed

Lindner Recyclingtech America leads U.S. sales, service, and business development. We are a growth-focused team with direct access to global engineering and full support from Lindner’s established headquarters marketing team in Europe.

We are hiring a Marketing Specialist or Director of Marketing to build and scale Lindner America’s digital presence. This role requires both creative execution and strong B2B marketing fundamentals within industrial or recycling markets.

The Role

As the first dedicated U.S. marketing hire, you will own and execute all core marketing functions while leveraging strategy, assets, and collaboration from the global marketing team.

You will be hands-on across content, digital campaigns, website management, and events — working directly with leadership and sales to drive measurable pipeline impact.

Title will align with experience and scope (Specialist vs Director).

Key Responsibilities

Digital Presence & Website

Own website performance: content, SEO, UX, and conversionExecute SEO strategy across core recycling and shredding applicationsBuild and optimize landing pages, product content, and case studiesManage analytics and CMS performance tracking

Content Creation & Copywriting

Develop high-quality, technically credible content across formatsTranslate complex equipment into clear, benefit-driven messagingProduce case studies showcasing U.S. installations and resultsCreate and edit short-form video (product, applications, customer stories)

Social Media Management

Own LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant channelsBuild a consistent, high-quality content cadenceEngage with industry audiences and partnersTrack engagement, growth, and performance metrics

Paid Digital Advertising

Plan and execute Google Ads and LinkedIn campaignsBuild retargeting and audience segmentation strategiesOptimize performance through testing and analyticsAlign with global campaigns and brand standards

Trade Shows & Events

Lead marketing support for key U.S. industry eventsExecute pre- and post-show campaignsCoordinate assets with global HQAttend priority trade shows (2–4/year)

Lead Generation & CRM

Develop email campaigns and nurture sequencesSupport CRM segmentation and data qualityBuild sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, application briefs)

Brand & Market Intelligence

Monitor competitors and positioning shiftsTrack trade media and secure PR opportunitiesSupport press releases, product launches, and editorial outreach

Required Qualifications

4–8 years of B2B marketing experience (industrial, recycling, or manufacturing preferred)Proven hands-on execution across SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email marketingStrong technical writing and editing abilityVideo production capability (filming and editing)Website/CMS management experienceExperience owning and growing professional social channelsAbility to quickly learn and communicate technical products

Preferred Qualifications

Background in recycling, waste, or capital equipmentFamiliarity with Lindner or key competitors (UNTHA, Vecoplan, SSI, etc.)Experience marketing to plant operators, engineers, or CapEx buyersKnowledge of industry trade media and eventsExperience working with European HQ structuresHubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM experiencePhotography capability for industrial environments
