Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the exempt Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the duties summarized below. Essential Job Functions Assist in the development and submission of prequalification packages, statements of qualifications, technical proposals, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and other deliverables to public works and private clients. Interface with team members and partners to procure, coordinate, and manage technical, project, personnel, and other data. Desired Qualifications Experience with A/E/C Industry or related professional services proposal process strongly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, while adhering to strict deadlines.
