We are in need of a Brand Ambassador (your designated title once hired) who will be responsible for promoting our products and services. Brand Ambassadors play a critical role at Proveli. They are directly responsible for making anyone they come in contact with feel welcome and important to our company — this includes colleagues, visitors, and especially our customers and prospects. The process would be that when a new lead comes in, we want the first person they come in contact with to give them a great experience (Brand Ambassador). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing a consistent positive experience to our customers and prospects Knowing our business, products and customers Engaging with customers through email or phone Educating them about our products Always present the value of our products Willingness to learn and must be a team player Skills and Qualification: High school diploma/GED, degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business is a plus.
