About Us
Sigma Commercial is a Milwaukee-based holding company. Our operating businesses include LaBonte Construction, a luxury residential remodeling and new home construction firm, and Property Prep, a commercial maintenance, janitorial, and landscaping company serving southeastern Wisconsin. We also produce a podcast and YouTube content built around our businesses and our CEO’s personal brand.

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on marketer to own day-to-day marketing for LaBonte Construction, Property Prep, and the CEO’s personal brand and podcast. You will do the work yourself rather than delegate it. Our in-house video and audio team handles production. You will handle nearly everything else: planning and posting social content, designing graphics, taking photos, writing copy, and keeping our websites current.

Each brand has a different audience. LaBonte Construction speaks to high-end homeowners, architects, and designers. Property Prep speaks to commercial property owners and facility managers. The personal brand and podcast speak to business owners and entrepreneurs. You will need to adjust tone and content for each.

What You’ll Do

Plan, create, schedule, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for three brands
Design original graphics and social assets in Canva and/or Adobe tools
Progress photograph job sites, finished projects, crews, and events with an iPhone, and edit the photos for publication. Finished projects are professionally photographed.
Work with our inhouse video and audio team to turn podcast episodes and YouTube videos into short clips, quotes, and posts
Write captions, posts, blog content, and website copy that is clear, professional, and errorfree
Make routine updates to our WordPress websites, such as adding pages, posting blogs, swapping images, and editing text
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and report on what is working
Maintain a content calendar and meet deadlines across all brands

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of handson marketing experience with a strong focus on social media
Proven skill managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business pages, including organic content strategy
Strong design skills in Canva and/or Adobe. We value original creative work and do not rely on AIgenerated imagery.
Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills. Everything you publish represents our brands.
Basic WordPress experience
Comfortable taking quality photos and short videos on an iPhone
Selfdirected and organized, able to manage multiple brands and priorities at once
A portfolio of social content, design work, and writing samples

Nice to Have

Experience marketing construction, home services, or B2B services
Experience supporting a podcast or personal brand
Basic video editing skills for shortform social clips
