The Role We’re seeking a creative, proactive, and data-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to take ownership of organic digital presence and storytelling across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do • Own and grow organic social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and others • Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with brand messaging and business goals • Create and publish high-quality content including graphics, short-form video, employee spotlights, customer stories, and educational campaigns • Design branded visual assets using Canva (required) and ideally Adobe Creative Suite • Support broader marketing efforts including newsletters, communications, PR initiatives, and event promotion (trade shows, webinars) • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (engagement, growth, traffic) using tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel/Amplitude, GA4, platform analytics, and Google Search Console • Apply foundational SEO best practices to content and digital assets • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance website content, landing pages, and overall brand storytelling What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand communications • Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for engaging content • Experience with Canva (required); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus • Comfortable analyzing performance data and optimizing content accordingly • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to execute independently • Interest or experience in technology, cybersecurity, compliance, or sustainability is a plus
