Manage sponsorships and brand partnerships, ensuring deliverables and contracts are fulfilled. Coordinate sponsorship assets, event activations, logistics, and staffing support. Track sponsorship documentation and performance to evaluate impact and inform future efforts. Marketing & Support Coordinate and manage internal marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with marketing team and cross-functional partners. Manage internal communication posts related to department campaigns, events and other marketing activities Schedule, assign, and manage marketing projects using project management tools (e.g., Wrike). Launch and manage brand and signage content across member channels, including ATMs, Lobby TV, Online Banking, and Mobile platforms. Administrative Support Serve as liaison for management and maintenance of the internal company and printer stores, promotional and event related inventory. Collect and manage billing collection and processing of but not limited to sponsorships, event, and vendor-related expenses. Other duties as assigned.
