We’re hiring a Marketing & Sponsorship Manager to serve as an embedded team member at Expo Idaho and the Western Idaho Fair. In this unique hybrid role, you’ll split your time between CLM, a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in Boise, and Expo Idaho, helping manage marketing initiatives, communications, and sponsorship efforts. • Support creative development and project execution in coordination with the CLM creative team. • Work with the strategy, creative, and media teams to help guide the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Qualifications • 2–3+ years of marketing, communications, or sponsorship experience (event experience strongly preferred) • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and timelines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across internal and client teams • Willingness to work flexible hours during event season (evenings/weekends during the Fair) • Familiarity with tools like social media schedulers, CMS platforms, Canva/Adobe tools, and project management systems is a plus • Positive, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in both structured office work and lively event environments
