The Sr. Digital Engagement Strategist supports the development, deployment, and maintenance of Erlanger's digital ecosystem including websites, microsites, social platforms, digital media assets, and patient-facing engagement tools. Experience managing digital teams or vendors, especially across social media and web platforms Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing systems, social scheduling tools, and basic web analytics As the team works to transform Erlanger's digital infrastructure, the Sr. Digital Engagement Specialist plays a vital support role within the digital strategy function supporting execution, optimization, and daily management of digital platforms and properties. Reporting to the Digital & Web Strategy Director, this role bridges technical implementation, digital campaign deployment, and content management workflows across the system.
