Marketing Strategic Partner

The Marketing Strategy & Partnerships Lead collaborates closely with business leaders and marketing colleagues to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, deepen client relationships, and support revenue growth. This role is responsible for guiding the full lifecycle of assigned marketing initiatives—from insight and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization. Key Responsibilities • Partner with marketing, sales, client-facing, and operational teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with emphasis on sponsorship activation and experiential marketing • Ensure campaigns align with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes • Design and coordinate multi-channel marketing plans spanning digital, media, public relations, events, content, and account-based initiatives • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners to support assigned programs • Provide guidance on regional and market-specific adaptations of global campaigns • Apply established workflows and best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and impact of marketing initiatives • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and communicate insights to stakeholders to inform ongoing optimization • Influence alignment across teams to ensure consistent messaging and a high-quality client experience • Build understanding of client needs and sales and service processes to ensure marketing efforts support business outcomes • Manage budgets and timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on scope and on plan • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed in collaboration with internal partners Experience Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, with exposure to sponsorship marketing, partnerships, or brand activation • Experience in either corporate or agency environments Please note: This job posting is just a preview of the full scope of the position.
