The Marketing Strategist will work alongside assigned clients, design and communication leads to craft and execute marketing strategies to reach client goals. Responsibilities • Help clients solve complex problems through effective communications, storytelling, and marketing strategies that align with a client’s business objectives. Desired Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field — or equivalent experience • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or digital media • Strong digital marketing foundation with an understanding of how strategy, content, and communications work together to achieve client goals • Proven ability to adapt a brand’s voice to different audiences through strong writing and editing skills • Hands-on experience managing social media (organic and paid across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) • Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, details, and deadlines
