Marketing Strategist

BrainDo is hiring a Marketing Strategist with a focus on brand and campaign development. In this contract-to-hire role, you’ll serve as both a strategic consultant to clients and a creative quality lead internally. You’ll shape marketing strategies, guide brand-aligned creative, and ensure that all work, from ads to messaging, is on-point and effective. This role bridges creative, media, and strategic insight.

Job Responsibilities

Shape go-to-market strategies and media campaigns for enterprise clientsEnsure marketing work is aligned with client brand values and voiceLead campaign ideation and strategy sessions with internal teamsReview and approve creative assets (ads, messaging, designs, etc.)Provide actionable feedback to teams to elevate executionHelp guide internal standards for brand expression across client workCollaborate with data, paid, and creative teams to align on performance

Required Skills

5—8+ years in marketing or brand strategy, preferably agency-sideDeep understanding of branding, audience insights, and channel nuancesExperience with creative approvals and high standards of executionStrategic thinker with a bias for action and clarityFamiliarity with paid media and digital ecosystemsExcellent client communication and creative judgment
