Position Overview

We are looking for Marketing Strategists to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to client and company goals. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with creative, email marketing, and sales teams to align campaign objectives. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Optimize marketing funnels and processes to maximize ROI. Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of all initiatives. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or a related field. Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics and reporting tools. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
