Marketing StrategistThe Marketing Strategist partners directly with business units to identify growth opportunities, define marketing strategies, and translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Business Units to uncover growth opportunities and translate business objectives into actionable strategies.Leverage market research, customer insights, performance data and industry trends to develop recommendations that drive member and product growth.Act as the strategic bridge between business partners and Marketing Operations, leading discovery, planning and brief development to ensure marketing investments align with enterprise priorities.Shape clear insight-driven marketing strategies and translate them into well-defined campaign briefs and requirements for execution teams.Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Analytics, Research, Digital, Creative and Product teams to ground recommendations in data and balance business impact, feasibility and resource considerations.Identify optimization opportunities and continuously refine marketing approaches based on performance insights and evolving market conditions.Present performance analysis, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to business partners and marketing leadership.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Marketing or related field (required).5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, business marketing, campaign planning or related disciplines.Equivalent combination of experience and education.Schedule & Work ModelMonday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Hybrid model: in-person and remote with a minimum onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
