The Senior Strategist will oversee aspects of our client's customer experience journeys, including sales, marketing, and services from digital campaigns and content creation, to brand management and performance analytics, to martech recommendations and data collection processes. To achieve this, some of the job duties include: • Collecting and analyzing market data • Establishing marketing KPIs • Tracking and reporting results • Developing specific data-driven marketing campaigns to reach marketing goals • Researching and forecasting marketing trends and changes • Brainstorming innovative customer experiences specific to the brand's values • Meeting with clients to evaluate needs and provide understanding and feedback • Ensuring experiences align with branding • Creating roadmaps to help clients understand what projects to focus on and what changes have the biggest ROI Experience: · Proficiency in Oracle's marketing software suite is crucial, including tools for data management, analytics, and campaign execution. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
