BrainDo is hiring a Marketing Strategist with a focus on brand and campaign development. In this contract-to-hire role, you’ll serve as both a strategic consultant to clients and a creative quality lead internally. You’ll shape marketing strategies, guide brand-aligned creative, and ensure that all work, from ads to messaging, is on-point and effective. Responsibilities • Shape go-to-market strategies and media campaigns for enterprise clients • Ensure marketing work is aligned with client brand values and voice • Lead campaign ideation and strategy sessions with internal teams • Review and approve creative assets (ads, messaging, designs, etc.) Requirements • 5–8+ years in marketing or brand strategy, preferably agency-side • Deep understanding of branding, audience insights, and channel nuances • Experience with creative approvals and high standards of execution • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and clarity • Familiarity with paid media and digital ecosystems • Excellent client communication and creative judgment
