The Associate Director will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that reflect our Christ-centered mission and advance institutional goals. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling stories. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or brand-related work is preferred.
