Key Responsibilities The Field Marketing Specialist will support local agents in building their business by utilizing industry-leading programs and technology products. • Work closely with branch managers and leadership to identify agents who require strategic marketing and brand support. • Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies, incorporating social media (organic and paid advertising), building an impactful online presence, and promoting customer testimonials. • Conduct annual reviews of agents' digital presence and provide issue resolution and one-on-one assistance as needed.
