Marketing Strategist (ONSITE ONLY)

Job purpose for Marketing Strategist position: This position independently analyzes marketing performance, identifies growth opportunities, and brings forward strategic insights that influence product campaigns, customer targeting, and business outcomes. Duties And Responsibilities For Marketing Strategist Position: • Builds and maintains dashboards and reports that connect marketing efforts to measurable outcomes, such as account openings, retention and campaign ROI. • Analyzes internal data and customer segments to identify marketing opportunities and recommends targeting strategics for product growth and customer acquisition. Preferred • Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry • Familiarity with survey, email marketing and web analytics tools • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance tracking • Advanced knowledge of Excel skills, with experience in Power BI
