You will develop ideas, create content and shape how the Business Furniture brand shows up across digital platforms, events, and client experiences. Events, Experiences & Client Engagement Support and coordinate events for clients, architects/designers (A&D), and industry partnersPartner with vendors, venues, and internal teams to deliver high-quality experiencesAssist with invitations, logistics, communications, and event-day executionBe present at events—hosting, engaging clients, and representing the brandCapture content to extend engagement beyond the eventContribute ideas that help Business Furniture stand out Partner with VP of Marketing, VP of Design, and Business Development teamsCreate content and tools that support relationship-building and client conversationsTranslate insights into clear, compelling messagingSupport change management efforts by helping bring workplace transformations to lifeParticipate in tours, client experiences, and engagements as a brand ambassador Strong storytelling instincts—you know how to spot and shape a great story2–4+ years of experience in marketing, content, communications, events, or a related fieldExperience creating across formats (video, social, web, presentations)Comfort using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and social media platformsFamiliarity with (or curiosity about) AI toolsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesA creator mindset—curious, proactive, and idea-drivenPositive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever neededConfidence working across teams and engaging with clients Partner with VP of Marketing, VP of Design, and Business Development teamsCreate content and tools that support relationship-building and client conversationsTranslate insights into clear, compelling messagingSupport change management efforts by helping bring workplace transformations to lifeParticipate in tours, client experiences, and engagements as a brand ambassador
