Working with other team members and internal groups, this person ensures all interlocks around campaigns, briefings and other marketing initiatives are in sync, helps to prepare professional, executive presentations, gathers information from various groups to create a holistic summary for the team, and helps ensure projects are on track within the team. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Lead execution of the approval process, including uploading of all final marketing and creative assets • Seek out collaboration and buy-in from stakeholders to develop the most effective communication assets • Assist in overall reporting and presentation of marketing and campaign initiatives related to the Customer Experience Centers. • Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use • Manage organization of strategy documents, creative assets, and meeting materials/agendas • Track all campaigns and major marketing initiatives to ensure project is on track, and that all post campaign reporting is delivered and summarized for director and VP review.
