Join our Global Operations Team (GO Team) and work with the Marketing department to support strategic marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels. This role, as the Marketing and Social Media Co-op, offers hands-on experience in the development of marketing and social strategies, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance to drive engagement with clients, colleagues, and target audiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing firmwide social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including monitoring channels, engaging with followers, and creating content that reflects our brand tone and values.Develop creative assets (images, graphics, short videos) and write impactful copy for social posts.Stay current on social media trends and apply insights to enhance engagement.Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and internal and external communicationsMaintain campaign performance tracker and keep activation archive up-to-dateIdentify opportunities for cross-channel promotion and audience targetingKeep up on current trends and competitor habitsAssist with the drafting and brainstorming on the development of copy, creative content (graphics, video etc.) and other marketing assets.Track and analyze campaign performance metrics for social media, email, and web trafficPrepare reports with actionable insights to optimize future marketing effortsSupport community engagement on our social media platforms – respond to posts and other content from our followers and visitors.Highlight trends and posts from our community and share with the wider marketing team.Ad Hoc Project Support: We have a number of ongoing projects running throughout the year – the candidate would support team members where required.Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging copyBasic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong time management and multitasking abilities; familiarity with working within workflow management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plusProblem-solving aptitude and proactive approachSelf-motivated with the ability to work collaborativelyComfortable working in a PC environmentNice-to-haves
Experience in a marketing, communications, or content creation role is a plus but not essential.Experience working in professional services is a plus but not essential – we welcome applications from all backgrounds
