The Brand Marketing Strategy Leader will provide leadership in the development of an integrated marketing and advertising program, including strategic direction for traditional advertising, digital advertising, brand and creative integration. Direct and manage a team of 10-12 professionals, including the media, brand, and in-house creative teams. Lead the development and annual refresh of an overarching brand strategy framework and roadmap in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Digital Experience Manager, Public Relations, Customer Engagement team, Data Science, and external agency partners. Oversee consumer insights research activities by recommending solutions, developing testing protocols, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and integrating findings into marketing and sales initiatives. Experience Required: 15 or more years of progressively responsible and supervisory experience in corporate marketing, managing creative teams and/or ad agency account management.
