What You’ll OwnFranchisee Onboarding & Support • Create landing pages and digital profiles for each new franchisee • Deliver initial marketing and CRM training • Personally guide new locations from Coming Soon thru Grand Opening marketing • Serve as the go-to resource for marketing questions and feedback Training, Tools & Strategy • Create agenda and content, and participate in monthly franchise marketing calls • Provide local market strategy (audience, advertising, review management) • Support with competitor analysis and budget allocation advice • Train on CRM best practices and update documentation in the Operations Manual • Train on Marketing Best Practices and update documentation in the Operations Manul • Ensure ongoing marketing education through portal content and updates We enjoy our work and the people we work with.
