Marketing Supervisor

• Responsible for tasking and utilization of marketing staff to ensure timeliness of projects and completion of goals assigned by Marketing Director. • Participate in development of all aspects of creative artwork designed for use on behalf of the property; • Participate in the creation, development and execution of all casino programs, promotions and events; • Assist Marketing Director to develop and maintain the guest database and create programs to maximize guest retention and develop guest’s participation in various gaming activities and programs; • Assist Marketing Director to schedule staff. • Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Communications, including experience with databases, demographics and production preferred • Advertising experience/knowledge required (agency experience preferred). • Or equivalent combination of education and experience (Equivalent = two (2) year’s direct related experience to one year of education).
