Technical Support • Provide domain support and assist clients in utilizing our system effectively, regardless of their technical skill level. Phone Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls and resolve client needs • Outbound to existing client base for needed follow up and check ins • Maintain retention standards • Maintain calendar of appointments and client scheduling needs • Work with new clients on website development • Provide support to client accounts • Domain support • Meeting quality assurance policies and procedures • Team player and 'What ever it takes attitude" • Performs other duties as assigned.
