Job Summary This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, event coordination, and administrative support. You’ll work closely with our team to support ongoing campaigns, manage communications, and help execute events across the region. Key Responsibilities • Administrative & Project Support • Assist with purchase orders, receipts, and budget tracking • Monitor and respond to marketing inboxes • Submit approvals and co-op fund reimbursements • Maintain trackers and update campaign lists • Take meeting notes and input tasks into Asana Event Coordination • Support logistics for cookouts, tradeshows, and other events • Order and track raffle prizes, swag, and consumables • Coordinate trailer transfers and event setup/breakdown • Travel to events as needed to assist and document activities
