Marketing Team Lead

QSROnline seeks a strategic and hands-on Marketing Team Lead to own and execute our marketing sales process. In this role, you'll lead a small but growing team of contractors (website specialist, social media specialist, content specialist, and lead generation specialist) and work cross-functionally with our Sales team and Account Executives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing support for our portfolio of restaurant clients. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing marketing engine inside a fast-growing SaaS company. Responsibilities:Own the marketing sales process from strategy to execution, aligning closely with the Sales teamLead and delegate tasks to a team of contractors (website, social media, content, and lead gen specialists)Personally execute key marketing activities when neededDevelop and manage content strategies to support brand positioning, clarify what services we provide to restaurants and overall sales enablementOversee digital advertising initiatives to increase lead volume and optimize conversion ratesCreate and analyze marketing reports to track campaign performance, ROI, and funnel efficiencyCollaborate with Account Executives to support strategic accounts and brand-specific marketing campaignsHelp define and evolve the marketing tech stack as the company scalesMaintain brand consistency across all digital and customer-facing touchpointsRequirements:3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, Restaurant Marketing, or related industriesProven experience managing or leading a small marketing teamStrong understanding of content strategy, digital advertising, and performance analyticsExperience with the following tools/platforms is preferred:Zoho CRM and Zoho email campaign workflowsFigma and Canva for visual asset creationMailchimp for email marketingAsana Task Management PlatformKey Traits for Success:Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilityExcellent communication and delegation skillsComfortable working remotely and managing contractor relationshipsHighly collaborative and aligned with revenue goalsBenefits:Paid Vacation and Sick LeaveAfter the introductory period, full-time employees are offered medical, vision and dental benefitsAfter the introductory period, full-time employees are eligible for a matching IRA PlanCasual work environmentSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
