We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Marketing Team Leader to lead our marketing team and drive successful campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding team members, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of business and brand objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets
• Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor team performance
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Oversee execution across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, offline)
• Ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand guidelines
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
• Track campaign performance and analyze results
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and market trends
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with sales, product, and other departments
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners
• Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders
Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Monitor KPIs such as ROI, lead generation, and engagement
• Prepare reports and present performance insights to management
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in marketing tools and MS Office
