Responsibilities of a Marketing Team Member Trainee: • Engage with customers in retail spaces to educate them about our client's products and services • Promote and sell services that are tailored to meet the needs of customers • Create meaningful relations with new and existing consumers to strengthen consumer retention • Assist customers with the enrollment process & provide amazing customer service • Overcome objections and answer questions in a professional & quick manner • Work with the Event Marketing Assistant team & senior leaders to go over and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals • Participate in ongoing training sessions with the Event Marketing Assistant team to improve sales techniques, enhance customer relationships, and develop leadership skills What We’re Looking For in a Marketing Team Member Trainee: • Previous experience in sales, as a event marketing, brand promotions or a similar role is a plus • A positive attitude and a future-focused demeanor • Ability to engage with customers in a face-to-face setting • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions & consumer needs • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work well independently • Strong problem-solving abilities • Time management skills & ability to handle multiple tasks at once effectively
