Serving as a critical link between our Marketing and IT teams, this role is responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with digital infrastructure to ensure that digital tools and platforms effectively support marketing strategies, customer engagement, and business growth. Marketing Technology Management: Work with marketing and IT teams to manage and optimize the implementation of marketing technologies including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), DAM (Oracle), PIM (Product Information Management), CDP (Customer Data Platforms), SEO (such as SEMRush), and analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics and Matomo). Participate in or lead any relevant training for onboarding current or future marketing/IT technologies as it relates to either IT or Marketing teams.
