About the Role

Here at Valora Marketing, we are seeking a Marketing Trainee to support direct in-store sales and marketing initiatives. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, retail operations, and promotional execution, under the guidance of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers professionally to present products, services, and promotionsAssist customers with product selection and purchasing decisionsSupport the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and product demonstrationsMaintain product knowledge, including pricing, features, and promotionsUphold merchandising and display standards in accordance with company guidelinesRecord sales activity and provide reporting support as requiredContribute to achieving individual and team performance objectivesComply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (preferred not required)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a structured, customer-focused retail environmentA valid US licenseMust be 18 years or older
