The New Era, a family-owned media company based in Sweet Home, is seeking a marketing/advertising sales representative to take over established accounts as well as develop new ones for a variety of community publications distributed in east Linn County. Our publications include The New Era and Lebanon Local newspapers which are well-regarded in our communities, (and have made it through the pandemic on solid ground) as well as various other magazine-format publications and digital services. We seek an enthusiastic “people person” who enjoys building business relationships. We seek applicants who have the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, along with attention to detail and innovative thinking in developing new products and revenue streams. This position is currently full-time; however, work hours may be flexible, and part-time may be an option.
