Coastal Painting Contractors (CPC) is a rapidly growing commercial painting and coatings contractor based in Naples, Florida. We serve property managers, general contractors, and developers across Southwest Florida and are expanding our team to meet growing demand.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing/Business Development Manager to join our growing commercial team.

We are looking for a true “hunter,” someone who enjoys getting out in the field, building strong relationships, making cold calls, identifying new opportunities, and developing new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new commercial painting opportunities.Make in-person calls and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.Qualify new business opportunities for our estimating team.Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.Follow up consistently with prospects and existing accounts.Represent the company professionally throughout Southwest Florida.Work closely with our estimating team to support business development efforts.Attend local business meetings and networking events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in business development or outside sales.Experience in the commercial painting industry is a strong plus.Experience calling on property managers, facility managers, HOAs and condominium associations, hotels, and hospitals is highly desirable.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
