We are offering an opportunity in the advertising industry located in New York, New York, United States for a Marketing/Communications Manager. This role will primarily focus on post-merger integration, leading the development and execution of strategies that unlock and amplify the value of each acquisition. In addition, the role will contribute to the advancement of the M& A integration management capability through continuous improvement and innovation.Responsibilities:• Support the development and execution of the integration strategy for each acquisition to maintain business stability and drive value.• Collaborate with a large cross-functional team to orchestrate impactful integration planning and execution throughout the deal lifecycle.• Ensure smooth execution of the integration plan by defining and scoping workstreams, tracking progress, and problem-solving issues.• Proactively drive alignment across diverse partners, ranging from the M& A team to employees of acquired... companies to subject matter experts.• Assist in developing and delivering analyses, recommendations, and presentations for senior executives.• Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaboratively institutionalize changes.• Maintain standard project management documentation and metrics, update and maintain project plans, weekly status reports, and management reports.• Handle resource allocation proactively by ensuring that appropriate resources and tools are assigned to the tasks accordingly to implement the planned tasks successfully.• Tune into unique cultures, needs, and sentiments of stakeholders, listen with empathy and turn insights into action.• Exercise flexibility in work approach to address evolving needs of collaborators.• Understand the acquisition lifecycle, integration planning and execution, and strategic considerations
