Key Responsibilities • Google, Bing & Meta Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (search, display, remarketing, and social); implement A/B tests and landing page improvements to drive ROI. Qualifications • 1+ years in digital marketing, PPC/SEM, Google Ads, and client communication (required) • 1+ year with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio • 2+ years with email marketing platforms and paid/organic social media • A/B testing, landing page optimization, and project management experience • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM/email tools • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROI • Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking and campaign optimization • Excellent communication and project management skills Expect plenty of laughter, fun, and silliness as we work together to achieve our goals and celebrate our successes as a team.
