Marketing/Office Manager

Our company is hiring one person to fill a position as Marketing Associate/Office Manager. The position involves responsibilities in: -Developing and implementing new marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional -Understanding the product and customer we serve -Coordinate special marketing and brand projects -Plan and oversee multiple events a month -Create content and run our social media accounts -Canvasing to and networking with local businesses -Promoting our business in the community Qualified candidates: -Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills -Must be independently organized and punctual -Have much experience with public speaking and are comfortable doing so on the phone/in-person -Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity -Demonstrate initiative, self-determination and an ability to lead -Willingness to learn, an openness to improve and desire to succeed -Maintain honesty and sincerity in their work -Ability to work as part of a team -Ability to listen to instructions or ideas, then implement them through marketing strategies -Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills -College student pursuing a degree in marketing, business, advertising or communications field or newly graduated -Creative thinker who can come up with campaigns and projects independently -Strong interest in marketing, advertising, must be social media savvy.
