Seeking Marketing/Promotions Director for upscale Gentlemens Club located in the South Suburbs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: \\- Managing employee promotions program by generating leads, training staff how to promote the club(s), and measuring success \\- Take and post attractive and creative photos \\- Graphic design and photo shop experience a big plus, but not required \\- Website maintenance and design a big plus, but not required \\- Strategic online advertising \\- Search engine optimization \\- Measure, analyze, report and react to the performance of campaigns on both search engines and web site properties \\- Heavy emphasis on Social Media! \\- Advertise and establish a fan base on social networking websites such as: a. Facebook b. Twittter c. Instagram d. YouTube e. Snap Chat f. Tik Tok \\- Manage Club billboard budget \\- Radio advertising \\- Managing Club merchandise \\- Developing innovative marketing strategies to attract upscale clientele \\- Building and managing client databases \\- Organizing VIP parties \\- Cultivating relationships with other Hospitality Company professionals \\- Other duties designated by Executive Mgmt Qualifications include: \\- Willingness to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends \\- Business degree preferred but not necessary \\- Proficiency in Social Media platforms \\- Proficiency in graphic design & amp; photoshop (helpful) \\- Ability to communicate in friendly and professional manner Please send resume, salary history and recent photo.
