Marketing/Proposal Coordinator

Freeman Companies LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to plan and implement all marketing activities. This position requires excellent communication and writing abilities, the ability to lead and manage project pursuits, client research, proposals, social media, events and tradeshows, public relations, award submissions, and overall branding and positioning. • Support the company’s brand through production of all collateral materials including, brochures, proposals, website, social media, industry associations. • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or similar • A minimum of 3-5 years professional experience • Strong preference to experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry • Critical thinking coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail and meeting deadlines • Digital marketing and design experience • Effective collaboration skills to work harmoniously with project pursuit teams • A passion to grow within the position and lead and mentor team members to assure the continuous growth and development of the team and firm • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) Job Type: Full-time
