We are seeking a Sales Representative/Marketing Assistant to join our team part time! This position will be primarily remote (work from home), but will require the ability to drive to job sites and meetings in Orange County, CA as needed. Responsibilities: -Creating advertising campaigns for our construction company (online and print) -Managing online advertising accounts by contacting leads and following up as needed (Houzz, Angi's List, Google, Yelp, etc) -Generating leads via telephone sales calls -Distributing marketing materials door to door -Following up on leads from start to finish -Working with clients -Helping establish and maintain relationships with local architects, interior designer, real estate agents -Creating social media content at jobsites throughout coastal OC Qualifications: -Previous experience in sales or advertising or related fields -Familiarity with social media and ability to create video content for Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Strong critical thinking and computer skills -Ability to drive to job site meetings in Orange County -Previous experience in the construction industry is a big plus! This position will be part time to start, but if you are successful in the position, it will become full time and there is room for advancement! Pay structure will be hourly plus we pay commissions on all jobs that you successfully bring in.
