Team Duties:

Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written copy
Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing specialists.
Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and incorporate feedback into strategies
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
Integrate new trends and technologies into strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Develop partnerships that amplify the brand's reach and impact.
Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
Gather feedback from analytics, client interactions, and industry insights to iterate and enhance strategies.
Continuously optimize and refine social media approaches based on performance data.
Stay informed about the latest social media marketing trends and tools.

```Qualifications```

Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. (If no experience and willing to learn we can discuss that matter during a interview)
Hybrid Work Capability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Must have a dedicated and reliable laptop for remote tasks.
