Marketing / Social Media • Create content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media and print marketing • Promote products, services and content through print marketing and social media, in a way that is consistent with the company’s brand and social media strategy • Interact with customers and oversee customer service provided via social media • Develop new social media strategies and campaigns • Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and printed materials • Keep track of data and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to determine whether objectives were achieved • Identify lower performing areas and direct marketing support towards those areas • Proficient or skilled in: • Social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) • Content creation and scheduling • Graphic design software ex. Canva, Adobe Suite
