Marketing/Social Media Director

Richardson Properties is looking for a full-time Marketing/Social Media Director for our growing company. This position oversees branding and marketing projects at all our properties. Richardson Properties, LLC is the developer, owner, and manager of luxury apartment communities, self-storage facilities, and a variety of commercial real estate properties in Arkansas. Responsibilities: (include but not limited to) * Develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising campaigns including tracking results * Develops and maintains a working relationship with Asset Manager, Community Directors and Area Manager * Maintain inventory of all promotional materials * Develop innovative and creative media content across all social media platforms * Develop innovative and creative media collateral for all properties, events and websites * Propose creative strategy for all marketing campaigns * Keep track of all social media trends and competition * Reporting as required with statistics and results * Keep social medial and marketing campaigns relevant to the product and clientele * Blogging experience * Photographic and Video experience including Facebook live and video blogging * Other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications: * Degree in Marketing or related field required * Video production and editing experience required * Multi Family experience preferred but not required * Portfolio of prior work samples required (videos, press releases, social media posts, etc.) * Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
