A local, well-established, Plumbing company is seeking an individual with marketing experience and demonstrated experience in all social media outlets. Must also have payroll and customer service experience. This position offers a flexible schedule and can be part time or full time. Primary Responsibilities for this Position: • Develop and implement online advertising campaigns • Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and acquisition • Engage in all social media outlets • Track Google Reviews • Make customer follow-up calls inquiring about quality of services rendered • Follow up with customers on estimates left by technicians • Assist in call center – booking service calls and dispatching technicians • Serve as back-up for Bookkeeping/Payroll department • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned Required Skills: • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels • Payroll • Light bookkeeping • Customer Service • Confidentiality • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • QuickBooks preferred but not required If this position is a good fit for you, please forward your resume to: detroit.accounting@mrrooter.com
