**PRIMARY DUTIES:**

* Ability to analyze customer inquiries, support trends, and knowledge base content to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
* Comfortable reviewing data and interpreting testing results and performance metrics to support recommendations.
* Ability to troubleshoot issues, test system configurations, and recommend practical solutions.
* Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
* Excellent written communications, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to create clear, concise, and customer-friendly content.
* Comfortable learning and working within new software platforms and digital technologies.
* Interest in artificial intelligence, customer support technologies, automation, and business systems.
* Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with core Marketing coursework completed.
* Strong critical thinking skills and high computer literacy.
* Excellent reading and writing skills appropriate for professional business communication.
* General familiarity with marketing technology tools (HubSpot experience is a plus but not required).
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Attention to detail and an initiative-taking approach to identifying and solving problems.
